I think this is quite intersting topic as I am currently working in a report (uni work) to find out employees loyalty in terms of gender and it seems that most people believe that women are more loyal than men with the believe that women seem to care for the relationship they have with other people including employers, collegues etc whereas men are more intersting in high salary and status.

But personally i think it’s difficult to come up with an answre straight away since measuring difference is hard (maybe there is no difference) i tend to find men workers helpful, but women can be attach to their work more then men since you will see many men changing their jobs many times (whenever better opportunities arises)
