Dreaming to Attend Developers Camps in Middle East?

One of my dreams is to see developers communities in Egypt growing, and spreads the penitents to everybody. I have never had a chance to learn from these kind of communities because of the lack of freebies in Egypt. Even failed to learn PHP programming when I decided to find a teaching place or a course to attend to in Egypt, because there is no place have a program course teaches you PHP but they only teach basics that you can find on several books or on the internet.

I am tracking camps out side Egypt, one good example is Drupal Camp LA, annual free community training session to improve the level of Drupal development in Los Angeles.

I wish I can join one of these camps, but it’s insane because imagine how much I have to pay to travel from Egypt to USA just to spend 2 days? What if we have such camps in Egypt or any where else in the Middle East so we don’t have to travel all this distance?

plz share ideas about what can be done to help growing of development in middle east by organizing such camps!
