Life.. A choice you can live with

I believe that you already heard about the bombing inside of Cairo last night, if you don’t know about it yet then here is the news from Cairo – Egypt. The media reported one person has been killed (17-year-old French girl), and about 19 people, mostly foreigners (French, German), injured in a bomb blast outside Egypt’s historic Hussein mosque in Cairo. “It was an explosive, perhaps a hand grenade,” one police official said.
It was not clear who was behind the attack or if tourists had been deliberately targeted, but some activists said that this is conveniently close to next month when the Emergency Law is to be discussed in parliament. I also can read in the news papers today that there is a suspect in town : Pakistanis who entered the country and suddenly disappeared.
A heavy police presence also surrounded al-Husseini University Hospital, where many of the wounded were taken. An elderly Egyptian woman sobbed as she tried to push into the hospital to see a 15-year-old granddaughter she believed had been wounded.
Nile TV said President Hosni Mubarak was “closely monitoring the situation” and had ordered “full medical care for all those injured in the blast.”
Hi there my friend, thanks for tweeting this – it failed to appear on my news readers this morning (maybe I was too busy celebrating Slumdog at the Oscars). This is bad news and I hope you and your family have not been effected. Very significant too if it is true about it being Pakistanis – however not everything is at is seems……

@ Caroline – thank you for your time. I live about 5 minutes far from the bombing place, but me and my family are fine.
I Just heard from a friend on mixx, that 3 people have been arrested, But I always have doubts about Egyptian police, they have to deal with this so fast even arrest some people for doing nothing!
Have a good day with Oscars!
