Judges Club Selling Lands in Egypt

From the first look you will feel the way Egyptian judges deal with land they have from the Government as they are a very strong community in Egypt, and they have lots of opportunities to make biz some how, specially when they have the power to do it.

Today was the day to start selling 240 piece of land ready to build, each 500 square meters, which you can build over 60% of it’s space, means about 300 meters max, and this is quit enough to have a small Villa with swimming pool and have your grilled meet beside, yes.. it’s a wonderful place for some people.

The location is Al-Qahira Al-Gadedah “New Cairo” in Cairo city, in a very nice place close to the American University and Al-Rehab city, and all these wonderful places a way from traffic hell, and a very quit place to live in, and the most important thing for buyers it near to Cairo the main city heart, and down city area that you can reach it gently with having lots of traffic annoying your driving way. But of course people who knows Cairo very will understand what I mean and they will put in mind Cairo traffic situation!

The other very important matter is this Land are specified for Judges only, means no body else can buy them, but as I say before, it’s one of the several opportunities directed to this community, any Egyptian civilian can buy it from a judge! The only thing is that you need to pay for him, as so many of them doesn’t have the first payment to have the land, or even to build it under the conditions of the Judges Club.

Lets translate this into Money Language now, you will need to pay 200.000 LE plus paying for the judge something in addition to start the deal, the price is about 25.000 EL for those who will pay today, and of course this amount is able to increase very fast during next week, the booking is open for judges for one week starting from yesterday 18-05-2008, and till now, I knew that there is more than 1000 judge pay booked their tickets, and they sale this tickets if they don’t have money enough to buy it for their selves. I knew also that around 3 persons only pay for the land and want to keep it and own it.

I will not tell you about the benefits of buying a piece of land here in Egypt these days, and how crazy is this market to bring all those investors in Lands and Real State, or anything from that!.. but I am just wondering about those people who is suffering to rent a place to live wither if it’s decent or not, just 4 walls to protect them, all what I can say is .. opportunities is not equal for everybody in this Life!!
