My Mother then My Mother.. For Ever!
Everyone think of his Mother as the best Mother in this world, She is the best Mother known. I personally think this way and maybe you think the same, of course I don’t mean there is no Woman like her, I think all mothers are great Women. This is why I think Mothers deserve to be honored not only in Mother’s Day, but in each occasion in our life because Mother’s is always behind everything good happen to us!
Egyptians usually buy Gifts to their mothers on the 21 of March every year, You can see people busy preparing and buying their Special Gifts, Colors changed to red, the color of love, Radio stations play Mother Songs, Everything around you turned to a smile because of her.
I love to feel the happiness around the city! Check Dates of celebrations all over the countries.
I like the nice feelings of some people when they buy a gift to a Mother, maybe she is not the person’s real mother, but she still a Mother of someone, but maybe this one is not here, and she feels lonely, I love it when people care for each others.
So plz, Think about it, find a Mother than you know, Try to make her Happy!
I must mention here the Palestinian Mother, the woman who lost her son, the woman who lost more than one son, regards to all mothers.

Aw, I love this. I enjoy learning about how different cultures celebrate, especially the “mother songs” you mentioned and featured. I haven’t heard any radio stations around here do anything like that. Very fascinating stuff! And I agree, it’s nice to buy a gift for any mother, even when they’re not your own. =)

My mother who is no more now always used to say that her grandchildren’s happiness was the greatest prize that she ever got from her own children whenever we gave ger some presents on various occasions in the family around the year. Her total care of her children and the grandchildren was always very touchy, her age-old wisdom often solved most of the minoir health issues of the infants in the family.
We still remember the best gift that we gave her about 35 years ago, one transistor for her to hear her devotional songs to her heart’s content. We all still remember how happy she was when she first got this as a surprise gift from her chldren.
To All Mothers,I have nothing to add because mother’s wisdom and affection know no limits, but teh present day lifestyle of the younger generation does not permit much interaction among mothers,children and the grandchildren. “Very busy” is the routine excuse. Express you affection to your mother frequently, sit with her and dine with her.

I have a sad nice story to say about this day, we stop celebrating this day for several years , i was very young and exactly this day Mother’s day May 10th in Mexico, my brother pasted away,we were about to celebrate mother’s day everything was ready and instead of celebrate we all were sad ,after that my mother took several years to feel good,her mood changed so badly, as a young girl i didn’t understand why she was crying more specially this day,at school we do manual gift’s for mother’s day so every year i give to my mother a gift i did with my own hands,she accepted the gift and hug me ,but she was always crying , so later when i grow up i did understood. this day was always so sad for me and my brother’s and sister’s we were unable to celebrate, her lost was so big that she took long long time to feel good again, my father tried to make her understand that she have more kids and my brother left because god want’s him beside him.so we all were trying to make her feel good this day without celebrate just take her out for dinner,and that only if we were lucky because her mood,until one day after long long time ,she told me ,you didn’t give me anything for mother’s day , that day was the most happy moment for me,that I told her , Mother you are back, were have you been? I missed you so much, I was joking and trying to make her smile,she smile and say I was sleeping and I was dreaming a little girl bring me gift’s on Mother’s day and everyday she open my door room and walk near to me and sit beside my bed she kept looking at me for sometime and kiss me on my hand, other times on my forehead ,sometimes she talked to me and say Mom I got first place on my class some times she singed a song for me.So I was surprised and asked ,you was hearing me?she say every single word .and I was waiting for you everyday. I hugged her and tell her, I was dreaming also , in my dreams ,my mother come to my bed while I was sleeping and she kept looking at me and I heard her telling me you are so beautiful and kiss me on my forehead every night while saying I love you so much.
Sometimes we think or feel our mother don’t care for us , specially when we are young and things happen that we don’t understand,but there’s a big connection between that keep us united , My Mother is an elder women,is a young girl , it’s a baby,she is My Queen and I love her so much .

I never knew my biological mother, but was raised instead by my father’s second wife, whom I grew to know as my mother. She is no longer with us, but her’s was the most pure, unconditional love I have ever known before my children and husband. It is from her that I draw upon my skills as a mother, the things that I want to give my children and that type of mother, and woman I want to be. Anyone who can experience that is very fortunate, and anyone who is the giver of such emotions to a child, and even adult, is deserving of all praise and recognition. Great post!

I never forget a voice – I’ve had times when I’ve been in a store and I heard a voice near by and knew instantly it was a friend I hadn’t seen in awhile. Even with older actresses and actors, I’ll recognize their voice before their name pops in my head.
