Life.. A choice you can live with

My Wife is My Best Friend

Here I am, alone again in all places, but my heart and soul is not empty, some times we have to be without people we love, she had to travel to visit the family, I know this is very important, that’s why I am trying hard not to feel so bad about it.

I don’t like the days with out her, I don’t like the house with out her, I hate to be alone with out her. She is my everything in this life, we are so connected to each other, day after day, month after month, and now year after year I realized that I can not live with out my Hayat.

I always get stressed when she travel alone, I had to track her long flight, thanks god this kind of services exists to help us feel better, by tracking flights online, when we are worried for someone who is traveling, and want to be sure he arrive safe.

I feel lonely in the place, maybe because everything around me is more quite since she left, but I still see her smile, remembering how it was great to be with her, I can tell she is the most person I like to spend time with in this life.

Anyways, I can tell that I feel better now after her first call when she arrived to the other part of the world.

But what is my plans while being alone for one month or two?

I planed to work hard and involve my self deep in my projects. Wish me good luck!!

My love Hayat, you are my best friend, I used to wake up and see you everyday sleeping like a baby safely next to me, and when I wake you up to kiss you before go to work I am always grateful for your smile, generous spirit, thoughtfulness to me. I miss all that, but you are in my heart and mind always. I love you.

I’m marrying my best friend as well. :) Very sorry to hear that you guys are apart at the moment. It’s tough. My fiance and I were apart for months at a time for a good five years. It’s hard but then again.. it really develops one’s relationship with the other. Strengthens it! So good luck and keep productive. :)

  28. Jacob George says:

    Hi,

I assume you’re back with your wife and best friend now. Wish you all the best for a wonderful married life. As my pastor says, “Separation makes the heart grow fonder. Presence makes it thunder.”

But I know that it is also the case that we tend to be ourselves most to our best friend. And that’s not always good. We can get curt and abrupt with them easier than with others. We can get irritated at them. In a way this is because we are together with them so much that it is easy to see their faults and shortcomings. And they can see ours. We also become upset more at those faults. And we tend to show it more. This is where we need to be careful and tread carefully. The tendency to criticize and complain openly is stronger. The tendency to be demanding is stronger. So we must watch ourselves more and work on preventing this tendency to be hard or uncaring on those we love most. Otherwise the precious friendship that we have slowly grows colder because “we have seen the true person”. But here’s where we need to love in spite of the imperfections that we see – and indeed that we all have but tend to point out in others and ignore in ourselves. Learn to love and love unconditionally – this is what we need to do!

I love my wife – who is my best friend too. And I want to be kind and gentle to her all the days of our lives together.

    All the best!

  30. [...] Q: Hi Hesham, so tell me about your blog, when and why you started it and how you came up with the name for it? A: My blog? Let me tell you something about my first website, and how I started blogging. I was having a friend who own a hosting company, somehow she offered me a free hosting with a free domain of my choice, I liked the idea but I was not able to do anything with that domain name at that time because I didn’t had enough experience to deal with it, that was about 7 years before, and this is why I went to study web-design and development, and actually she was the one who was pushing me to learn and was behind me all the time, I just can say that I loved her so much and I couldn’t stop myself from proposing, now she is my best friend and my wife.
