Life.. A choice you can live with

Skype Eid al-Adha Greetings to Family and Friends

Maybe some of you knows that I have recently moved to the United States, life sometimes is exciting and so many time is bored, and this is my first Eid away from my family, I don’t know yet how I feel about it because I am trying not to think too much, let’s say that I don’t want to think about being far away from home and those stuff! I am just trying to think about how I will send my Eid greetings to family and friends this Eid, and figure it out. I will use Skype to call them!

One thing that I should think about is Technology and the power of communications, so I am going to use Skype this time to contact my Family and be with them using the video chat, I have used Skype before to contact with them so many times, and it makes my mother feels great, especially when she can see me on camera, maybe this will make things more exciting for me here, I really don’t want it to be one normal empty day!

Happy Eid al-Adha to all, those at home and others who didn’t have the chance this year!

Here is some nice Edi greeting cards if you would love to send your friends:

    Eid Mubarak Hisham!

I can relate to your “moving to USA” problem as when I first moved to California from Dubai, Eid literally sucked.

Now that I have been here 8 years and married, Eid is better but still not as good as the way it was in Dubai…

  5. Hey … I loVe Skype! I use it to chat and to do video chat … and I using it teach people through the screen sharing feature. I can “call” someone via their computer and then I can share my screen with them and teach them like a quick tutorial. Earlier today I was helping someone in Italy learn how to do keyword research and even though he could understand me while I was speaking I also could use the chat because he could understand what I typed even easier and then he could respond either way. Way cool! Love it. ;) *huGs* Suzanne

Hope your connection was good and that your Skype experience was as close as you could get to being in front of your loved ones!

I use it – even when I want to chat to my dad who’s only 30minutes away from me ;)
