Sony Withdrawn Millions of Copies of Little Big Planet Game

The video game world company Sony withdrew millions of copies of the new game, after the outbreak of large protests by Muslims over the game because of abuses against the Quran, according to the newspaper “Chicago Sun-Times” the American edition of the Saturday 18 -10-2008.

The American newspaper said: “The Muslims ‘opened fire’ on the company’s e-mail messages and their relationship after having some combining verses from Quran with the music of the game.

The newspaper quoted Patrick Seybold, director of communications in the “Sony Computer Entertainment“: “We apologize for any insult or abuse may be causing it.”

Sony game, “Little Big Planet“, a computer game of the third generation of X Games Station, was due to arrive to the U.S. markets on Friday, but it was withdrawn with those contained in abuse.
