Life.. A choice you can live with

Many people are stressed to lose weight, and it leaves them wondering exactly how long does it take to lose weight. There are many different reasons to feel the need to lose weight, whether it’s from wanting to look or feel better, to impress someone, or simply just to be healthier. Whatever the reason is, you should know that the time it takes to lose weight is directly proportional to the amount of work you put in. That being said, once you start your weight loss program, there is nothing to keep you from losing weight (unless you give up, of course). The 3 weight loss tips presented below can serve as your weight loss framework. They are not your complete guide on how to lose weight but they can give you the basic principles on how to do it healthy and safe.
The more work you put in, the more strenuous your activity, and the more you diet are all factors for how long it would take you to lose weight. Starting just a simple jog a few times a week, combined with cutting sugars and fried food, will cause you to drop a few pounds. Depending on what you do, it could take weeks, or even months. No matter what you do, it does take a little bit of time to get to where you want to be. All with the exception of an extreme work out, where basically you turn into an exercise-machine. This would cause you to lose weight and gain muscle very fast, but it is also one of the hardest things to do in the world (think Lance Armstrong).
It is also beneficial to know that just like everything else, moderation is the key to success. There is no plausible reason to try and lose all of your weight at once, nor is it even healthy. You want to moderate your exercise, your diet, and everything else in your life. Why rush it? It’s better to just take it one step at a time, and do it well. Take it as slow as you need to, but do not procrastinate. You want progress, no matter how long it takes.
Many people agree that losing 2 pounds a week is a good goal to shoot for. I wouldn’t recommend trying to lose more than 5 pounds a week. The reason being, if you set your standards too high, there is also a higher chance of failure. This can leave you disappointed. So it’s better to set a something realistic, that you can actually accomplish. It’s also wise to know that losing too much weight at once is very unhealthy. So keep that in mind, and start plugging away!

Thanks for the tips.
I am on a workout right now and it is not easy to lose wieght without a proper workout schedule. Just make sure you do your workout as you go to your 9-5 job. Monday to friday, one and half hour workout.

I prefer to have a morning jog + breakfast every morning before work. That way, I don’t eat too much during lunch time and dinner.
