Women or Men.. Who is more Loyal to Work?
I have posted recently on my personal blog about what happened when I was a member of a responsible team for hiring some employee for the company I used to work for. Kathleen Maher commented on the post and give me the idea to write about it. it’s a very simple idea but it’s true that I think women are more loyal to their jobs and companies, they are more faithful to themselves, but most men are less loyalty because so many of them don’t know what they need or want to achieve in their lives.
Another point makes me so sure about the loyalty of women is because they care more for the way they look, and try stay in good health more than men, maybe because they have a different meaning for responsibility, like when a women have a family so she do her best for the kids, and this is completely different from the men ways.
So.. let me tell you this example that help me to reach this fact. The example is about a married person who have kids and lost his partner for some reason, like divorce or death. If this person is a women and you told her to get marry with someone for a better life so she can get help on raising those kids, she will definitely refuse your offer. From the other side a man who lost his wife will run to marry with another woman thinking she will be a great help for him baby-set his kids.
I think it’s better to hire a woman!
So depending on the differences between women and men when they decided their goals, you will find that women is more effective, and they are more loyal to their jobs. Men usually seeking high positions and high salaries and they forget themselves and destroy their health in less time than a women do, and this some how is a good explanation for why men get sick faster and die younger than women these days.
In this case, and if you want hire a stable employee, I think it’s better to hire a woman.
This My Life Thinking, This is my way of thinking, if you have another way of thinking, then it’s fine, we can share that together and discuss about it, but let you know it won’t be a good idea if you talk about the relationship between women and men in the comments, you know.. like when we compare between women and men and who is more loyal to the other, so plz try not to take the discussion to the wrong direction!

I agree with you that women are more loyal to their jobs or work compared to men. It is simple because some men are not really ambitious specially if they are still single. And other men, like married men, they sometimes force to love their jobs because of their family.

I think females, are more loyal than men in the work environment and work harder than men do–reason being is – we have less opportunities when it comes to promotion and income attainment (we get paid less & word harder than men do) Therefore we have too put a lot more efforts to get where we want to be–we still are in the world where males achieved higher promotions and higher income! – Finally- in my personal opinion-I think females are more loyal than males in the work environment. !

Women always take care of details which almost -but not all- of Men ignore, and this might shed lights on why they are more loyal to work than men. I however think that it’s all related to the personality of the employee whether he’s a he or she’s a she :)

@Hicham, Women do have great attention to detail, which is why they trend towards mundane, repetitive chores in the home and workplace.
However, all the creative achievements of society have been born from male activities. Risk taking. Intellectual curiosity. Greater ability to think beyond themselves or their family.
As a large business owner, it has been my experience that women are inconsistent, adapt very poorly to change, and need far more guidance to get tasks or high level activities complete.

The universal truth cannot change. Women are undoubtedly more loyal and devoted to their work than men. In spite of more workload at home and office,theby are willing to accept additional workoad without murmur mostly whereas men may not do so. This is my experience in 35 years of working,now retired. I am not a teacher, but I find that lady teachers are more devoted to their subject and their students with a deep desire to work for their improvement. Am I not right? My sister even after her retirement from teaching willingly helps students.

Not 100% true. Women tend to have moral values so when they are young and problem free they are loyal 200% but they are also vulnerable to emotions and life’s personal problems. When that stems up she really due to those reasons cant be loyal enough.. i mean she can never be 100% productive.. On the other hand men are more selfish and stong hearted – if not for loyalty atleast for the money they will be a lot productive and responsive and decisive enough and hence loyal – the companies want to get the shit done from the employees nothing else matters for employers!!
