There is some tools running on the community, you can discover them by editing your pforile page, in this post I will only talk about how to bookmark or submit link or a page you like with out forced to copy and past the page link or editing everything manually.
A very nice way to make it easy -if you are using firefox- is to drag and drop the bookmark link itself to firefox toolbar, here is some explanation with photos that could help you.
After you drop the link on the toolbar it will create a link button that will make your book markings and submissions to MY Life Thinking very easy. Note that you can also bookmark any web page you like on the internet.
Don’t forget to add some good tags related to your submission and send it to your friends, they will got an email telling them to check the new submissions you are adding.
When you submit a page or book mark it to the community it will show on the activates of the community, and also will show on the RSS feed of the community activities that I am working to spread out everywhere on the internet. This could bring some extra traffic for your blog.
This was an explanation to the way to use bookmarks on My Life Thinking. Be sure to submit only good content always, add something useful to the community.

This Firefox bookmarks tutorial will help you:
Firefox's Bookmarks Toolbar is a good place to save your most commonly used bookmarks. The easiest way to create a bookmark on your toolbar is to mark the site address (URL) and drag & drop it to the toolbar.
To do that, select the URL, hold down the left mouse button and move it to the position on the toolbar where you want the bookmark to appear. Alternatively, you can also add a bookmark to the toolbar by using the "add bookmark" dialog.
In this example, we have just created a toolbar for CNN.com
If you want to rearrange the order of your toolbar bookmarks, simply drag & drop the bookmark from its old position to a new one. To do that, click on a bookmark and don't release the left mouse button until the arrow is where you want the bookmark to be.
As you can see, the "CNN.com" and "The Mozilla Help Site" bookmarks have traded places.
